At IguakaClub, we are committed to providing a transparent and straightforward shopping experience. This policy explains when and how you may cancel an order, as well as your rights under German and European consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• You may request to cancel your order free of charge before fulfillment or shipment has begun.

• To request cancellation, contact our support team with your order number.

• If the order has not yet entered processing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund via your original payment method.

Please note: Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, dispatched, or involves personalized products, cancellation may no longer be possible except where required by law.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us with a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Cancellation Conditions

To qualify:

• The order must not have been fully fulfilled or delivered.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

• The request must comply with applicable legal requirements.

Refunds Following Cancellation

• Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method.

• Processing times depend on your payment provider, but most refunds are completed within 10 business days.

• Refunds may be temporarily withheld until the request is fully reviewed.

Products That Cannot Be Cancelled

Unless required by law, cancellation rights may not apply to:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items manufactured to customer specifications

• Products already shipped

• Goods used, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Gift cards

• Products excluded under German/EU consumer protection laws

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.

Fraud Prevention

For security reasons, IguakaClub reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel transactions where fraud, unauthorized payments, or suspicious activity is suspected. Additional verification may be requested.
